Small Things

Many times in recovery we think that our problems are so huge that it will require massive time and great therapeutic insights to put us on a better track and so we often overlook the power of what can be regarded as “small things”. However it has been my observation that small things, done on a consistent basis is how we can move mountains. I know that this has been so true in my own life but I know that it is true for so many others. While some of the greatest teachers throughout history have talked about the power of these small things, many people have become confused by the onslaught of information and a world that is looking for instant solutions rather than asking the question “why am I suffering?” The purpose of my podcasts is to answer that question and show you the path to freedom!
